LATEST ON ANNA HAZARE

Ann health was failing for continuous fast, Anna asked supporters at Ramlila ground  to maintain peace, if the government  evict me , don’t stop them it my appeal to you please maintain peace, if we stop them violence will break out, so maintain calm,  addressed hazare, he refused to end his fast even his health is failing.

All political  parties asked government to replace the bill and bring in a stronger legislation, and all parties urged Ann to end his fast . Prime minister appealed Ann Hazare to end his public hunger strike .

In all party meeting Prime minister  Manmohan Singh said Hazare a written commitment from the government will bring new version of the Lokpal bill and pass it in this session of parliament.

He admitted there was need for independent institution to deal effectively with corruption,  but parliamentary cannot be by passed while framing law, Prime minister said that the government was doing best to defuse situation

SHRE ANNA HAZARE (KISAN BABURAO HAZARE)

He is popularly known as ANNA HAZARE is an Indian social activist and he is recognized for participation in Indian anti-corruption movement (2011) using nonviolent methods following Mahatma Gandhi.

He born in 1937 June  15 (age 74), Nationality Indian, Religion Hinduism, His parent Mother LAXIBAI HAZARE, Father BABURAO HAZARE, He is Known for Watershed development programmes, Right to information movement, Anti-corruption movement, Anna Awards in 1990 PADMA SHRI, 1992 PADMA BHUSAN

Ann started  hunger strike on April 5 2011 to put pressure on Indian government  to enact   anti-corruption law as face in the JAN LOKPAL BILL to deal with corruption in offices (public offices), on 9^th APRIL 2011 ended fast. Anna HAZARE’S demands accepted by government and issued gazette notification on the formation of a joint committee,HAZARE  faced criticism for his view on justice, death(including) as punishment for corrupt public officials and his alleged support for vasectomy

HAZARE and team forced the government to pass the bill in July this year, and they are demanding that the prime minister and the judiciary to be included under its preview

On August 16  he started fasting, with demand  August 30 deadline for passage of Jan Lokpal Bill and asked his supporters to increase strength and protest the
